Digital Systems Proposal

116 Changi Road, Singapore  ยท  Prepared by Ben C  ยท  October 2026

Practical systems to help you run the restaurant's money and its customers โ€” one payment per phase, no monthly fees to us, and no AI black boxes. Every price below already includes a 50% goodwill discount.

Phase 1 โ€” Your new website

S$0free, always
Done & live

Already built and running โ€” this phase is complete.

Your old website vs your new website โ€” the numbers

Google runs a free test called PageSpeed Insights. Think of it as Google's own report card for websites. We ran it on your old site and your new site on 20 October 2026. Here is the report card, side by side.

Speed on phones How fast the site opens on a customer's phone โ€” and most customers find you on their phone.
41โ†’76old โ†’ new ยท out of 100
Speed on computers The same test on a home or office computer. The new site is close to a perfect score.
42โ†’98old โ†’ new ยท out of 100
Easy to use Google checks that the words are easy to read and the buttons are easy to tap โ€” kind to older eyes and bigger fingers.
81โ†’96old โ†’ new ยท out of 100
Ready for Google (SEO score) SEO is short for "search engine optimisation" โ€” how ready your site is for Google to find it and show it to customers. The new site scores full marks.
85โ†’100old โ†’ new ยท out of 100
Waiting time on a phone How long a customer waits for the main content to appear. At 21 seconds, most people give up and go somewhere else.
21.2sโ†’4.7sold โ†’ new ยท seconds
Page size How much the phone has to download before the page shows. The new site is about 8 times lighter, so it opens faster and uses less of the customer's mobile data.
289 KBโ†’37 KBold โ†’ new ยท code size

These scores are from Google's test on 20 October 2026. Scores can move a few points up or down between tests โ€” that is normal, and it happens to every website.

Phase 2 โ€” Run the money

Phase 3 โ€” Grow the customers

S$1,000S$500one-time payment

Take both phases together

Phase 2 + Phase 3, built in one go: S$2,600S$1,300 50% goodwill discount

One project, one payment, everything above included โ€” and S$200 less than taking the two phases separately at their discounted prices.

What is already built

Phase 1 โ€” your website and QR menuFinished & live

Done and running. Customers are using it now.

How long it takes

How you run it โ€” from WhatsApp

Everything in this proposal is a small system built for the shop โ€” not a spreadsheet, and not an off-the-shelf expense app. It runs on Cloudflare with its own database, and it follows fixed rules, in the same four steps every time:

Validateโ†’Storeโ†’Computeโ†’Report

There is no AI doing the money maths. The system never guesses a figure, and it never estimates one โ€” a figure is only ever wrong if the number typed in was wrong, and the nightly reconciliation is there to catch exactly that.

You run it all yourselves through a simple WhatsApp menu โ€” no new apps to learn, no dashboard logins, and no monthly retainer to anyone. Message the system like you'd message a staff member, and reply with a number:

Running costs โ€” paid to the providers, not to us

ItemCostWhen
Website & systems hosting (Cloudflare free tier) ~S$0 / month Always
Receipt printer for online orders โ€” a second-hand one works fine (see below). Our price covers up to S$50 of it; anything above S$50 is charged on top. S$10โ€“20 one-time Phase 2
WhatsApp Business API (for customer blasts) ~US$49 / month Phase 3 โ€” only if you run blasts
Google Workspace email (Business Starter) US$7 per user per month Phase 3
Muse subscription $- Phase 2

Estimated transaction costs paid to the providers: payment providers also charge their usual transaction fees โ€” those are set by the providers and paid by the restaurant directly, as with any payment method. The full comparison of what each provider charges is on the separate Payment solution comparison page.

What we need from you

A short list โ€” nothing technical. We will guide you through each one.

To start Phase 2

  • The login for your current shop system (OrderZ). So we can check your sales records and bring across what is needed.
  • Help applying for Grab and ShopBack merchant accounts. We will guide you step by step โ€” but the approval itself is decided by Grab and ShopBack.
  • The mobile numbers of staff who will use the system. Only those numbers can see reports or make changes.
  • One short session together to list each dish's ingredients and what they cost, so the profit figures come out right.
  • Your regular monthly costs โ€” rent, salaries, utilities โ€” so the profit report shows the full picture.
  • Your OK on the receipt printer. It does not need to be new โ€” a second-hand one works fine. We found good ones on Carousell for S$10โ€“20 (a new one costs about S$60โ€“90). Bought once.
  • A sample of your bank, Grab or ShopBack statement file. So the nightly tally matches the format you already receive.
  • Decide who keys in the shop's daily total each night. It takes about one minute.

To start Phase 3

  • Nominate the business WhatsApp number the blasts will come from.
  • Agree how customers opt in to receive offers (we'll set up the wording and the sign-up point).
