Proposal Checklist β€” What Do You Need?

Let's go through this together, one item at a time. Tick what you need, untick what you don't β€” the hours add up as we go, so at the end we'll see exactly how much work the ticked items come to.

Please note: Ticking is not saved on this page. If you close it or reload it, everything goes back to ticked β€” so we'll note down the final list together before we finish.

Phase 2 β€” Run the Money

Nightly tallies, stock, and profit you can see.

Tablet & receipt printer setupWe set up the Redmi Pad in the shop and the 80mm receipt printer, so orders print at the counter. 2 hrsest.
GrabPay & ShopBack PayWe wire in GrabPay and ShopBack Pay as extra ways for customers to pay. This one waits on Grab and ShopBack approving your merchant accounts. 3 hrsest.
Nightly reconciliationEvery night the system compares the till total, the orders and the bank figures. If anything doesn't match, you hear about it the next morning β€” not at month-end. 2 hrsest.
Inventory β€” know what's running lowStock counts down as dishes are sold, and you're flagged before you run out β€” no more finding out mid-service.This needs one short session together to list each dish's ingredients and costs. 3 hrsest.
Profit & loss dashboardYour own private page showing takings, food cost, margin per dish and net profit β€” daily, weekly or monthly, in plain numbers. 2 hrsest.
Update the website yourselves, over WhatsAppMessage the Instinct agent on WhatsApp to change a price, add a dish or mark something sold out. Nothing goes live until you approve it. 2 hrsest.
On-site trainingOne hour at the restaurant, hands-on with your own tablet and printer, so everyone is confident before the first service. 1 hrfrom the proposal
Post-launch supportHelp on hand while you settle in, in the first 30 days after go-live.Also included: a 30-day warranty β€” if anything we built stops working as described, it's fixed free. 2.5 hrsfrom the proposal

Phase 3 β€” Grow the Customers

Order from the table, pay by scanning, and turn one-time diners into regulars. This phase only starts once Phase 2 is running smoothly.

PayNow with the amount built inEach order gets its own payment code with the exact amount already filled in, so customers never type the wrong figure. 2 hrsest.
QR ordering at the tableCustomers scan the QR code and order from their own phone β€” no app to download. The order appears on the pad and prints. 4 hrsest.
Customer list & loyaltyEvery order builds your customer list automatically. Loyalty runs off the customer's phone number β€” for example, every 10th coffee free β€” with nothing to sign up for or carry. 3 hrsest.
WhatsApp blastsSend offers and specials β€” a Friday set-lunch push, a slow-Tuesday deal β€” from the shop's own WhatsApp number, to customers who have opted in. 2 hrsest.
Email blastsThe same offers by email, for customers who prefer email. 2 hrsest.

About the hours: All the hours above are estimates, marked β€œest.”, except training (1 hr) and post-launch support (2.5 hrs) β€” those two come straight from the proposal. The estimates are our best guide for how long each item takes, to be confirmed once we know exactly what you've ticked.

Phase 1 β€” your new website β€” is already done and live, so it's not on this list. Nothing here is a price list: this page is only about what you need and the time each item takes.
